1. Scope

These terms govern purchases made through this webshop and quotations issued for custom fabrication work.

2. The contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract comes into effect when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable or a price was displayed in error.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euro and include VAT at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm the order.

4. Custom fabrication

Made-to-order items are produced to the dimensions and specification agreed in writing. Because they are made to your specification, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to them.

5. Delivery

Delivery times given are estimates from the confirmation of the final drawing. Oversized goods require assistance with unloading at the delivery address.

6. Payment

Payment is by bank transfer, cash on delivery, or in the workshop. For custom projects a deposit may be required before production starts.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty applies. Our voluntary warranty periods are listed in the FAQ.

8. Complaints

Please report any defect as soon as you notice it, with photographs where possible. See the Returns and Complaints page.
