Shipping and Payment

Delivery options

• Workshop pickup — free. We call you when the order is ready.
• Courier — €14.90, 2–4 working days, free above €500.
• Freight (oversized) — €89.00 for gates, fences and steel structures, delivered on our own truck. Help with unloading is required at the address.

Payment options

• Bank transfer — we start production once the payment arrives.
• Cash on delivery — €2.50 handling fee, paid to the courier.
• In the workshop — cash or card on collection.

Card payment online is being prepared and will appear here when available.

Custom projects

Made-to-order work is invoiced with a deposit on order and the balance on completion. The exact split is stated on your quotation.
