Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the purchase of stock items within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Tell us by email, then return the goods within a further 14 days in resaleable condition. We refund the purchase price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Exception: made-to-order and custom-fabricated items are produced to your specification and cannot be returned under the withdrawal right.

Faulty goods

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order number and photographs. We will repair, replace or refund, depending on what is appropriate.

How to complain

Email us with your order number and a description of the problem. We acknowledge every complaint within two working days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
